Terms & Conditions

  1. Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling a scheduled cleaning service, we require all customers to provide MORE than 48 hours notice ahead of the scheduled appointment. If notice is not given more than 48 hours before, then we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full price agreed at the time of booking.
  2. Payment in full to be made on completion of all works. The payment options are by cash, credit card, cheque or bank transfer to 'A A Carpet Upholstery and Carpet Cleaners Ltd'. An invoice will be provided upon completion of work and any receipts following a card payment will be posted out promptly.
